The following services are free to EBA members:

• Monthly client bulletins and special client alerts
• Participation in OSHA inspections and debriefing employees after OSHA interviews
• Filing of notice of contest and pre-pleading motions
• Conference calls with administrative law judges
• Providing OSHA files to contractor
• Settlement of OSHA citation cases with OSHA’s attorneys
• Guidance to contractor on terms of settlement
• Preparation of “abatement verification” responses

The following services are available at hourly rate:

• Filing of pleading, post-pleading motions and conference calls
• Serving and responding to discovery requests
• Defense of depositions
• Preparation of witnesses
• Defense of contractor’s case at hearing
• Filing of post-hearing briefs, appeal, oral argument and recovery of costs from OSHA
• Conducting in-house safety seminars
• Conducting jobsite safety training and inspections
• Conducting 10 and 30-hour OSHA-approved courses with expert guest speakers
